-Added 3 charts: "Eruption", "Garden Havoc" & "Shaggy sings Overflow"

-Now window dimensions don't stay proportionate, this fixes a bug where you couldn't truly maximize the window

-HUD arrow animations have been made less smooth and more snappy (see: KadeDev on twitter)

-Now sustain note tails aren't registered as actual sustain notes, they have become purely decorative to prevent weird input drops

-Now the characters in the song menu are drawn completely instead of just the outline to prevent inconsistencies
